You have 60 days from delivery to try VERTA in your own routine. If it is not right for you, request a free return within that 60-day window.
Free returns
Opened and reasonably used products are welcome: the trial is there so you can try the device. We provide a prepaid return label. There is no return-shipping charge or restocking fee.
How to start a return
Contact us through the store's contact form within 60 days of delivery and include your order number. We will send your prepaid label and return instructions. Please contact us before sending your item back so we can direct it to the correct return address.
Your refund
Your refund will be issued to the original payment method once your return is processed. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
