1. Who you are dealing with
VERTA is a brand operated by [LEGAL ENTITY], [ENTITY TYPE]. These terms apply to every purchase from this site.
2. What you are buying
A personal massage device for home use. It is not a medical device and is not sold to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Read the How it works page before first use.
3. Price and payment
Prices are in US dollars and include everything except shipping and any sales tax, which are shown at checkout before you pay. We do not store card details.
4. Shipping
Orders are fulfilled using the shipping method and fulfillment route disclosed on the product and Shipping pages. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless explicitly stated.
5. Sixty-day guarantee
You may return the device for any reason within sixty days of delivery, used or not, for a full refund of the purchase price. Full terms on the Guarantee page.
6. One-year fault replacement
Manufacturing faults within one year of delivery are replaced. Damage from water, drops, or opening the housing is not a fault.
7. Safe use
Do not use over broken skin, with an implanted medical device, or on a recent injury. Stop if it hurts. You are responsible for using it as described.
8. Limitation
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under the law of your state.
